- Final Endorsement of Plans and Execution of Covenant: DEIULIS BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., for a Definitive Subdivision Plan, 40 CIRCLE HILL ROAD, Salem, MA.
- Request of ANTHONY TIRO for permission to place cash in escrow to guarantee completion of road work on THOMAS CIRCLE, including installation of a guard rail, as part of the criteria for obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy for the final house in the development.
- Continuation of Public Hearing: Request of KENNEDY DEVELOPMENT GROUP, INC. for Site Plan Review, Planned Unit Development Special Permit, and Wetlands and Flood Hazard Overlay District Special Permit, for the property located at 440, 460, 462, and 488 HIGHLAND AVENUE (Map 3, Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4), Salem MA (proposed new Lowe’s Home Improvement retail store, new, expanded Walmart store, expanded Meineke store, Camp Lion improvements and new municipal water tank).
